Who are we?
Deepak Sharma
During his studies he was deeply fascinated about the speed with IT and innovation and how it is designing the world. Deepak has worked for several companies across the IT spectrum. With a background in consultancy, Deepak has experienced how difficult it is for companies to build integrations/connectors between applications. For example, connecting legacy software with new SaaS products faces many challenges. However, Deepak sees this as an opportunity and the use of new technological innovation is where Deepak gets energy from. At IMU we want to help companies take a step in their Business/IT architecture by moving more towards the cloud but in increments rather than a big bang approach.
Yves Kusters
With a background as Industrial Engineer and working experience in IT, Yves can easy make the connection between a business problem and a possible solution. He is open-minded, pragmatic and pro-active. During his time as consultant he worked for large (tech) companies with complex (IT) environments. His main driver is to make things efficient and so having more value for the end customer. He has broad proven experience on the full IT stack (on-premises and cloud). Sumit Jain
From 2012 responsible for Kusters Engineering India in the position of MD. Highly experienced in Finance, HR and Management. Strong people manager with an energetic entrepreneurial drive. Living in Mumbai.
Sunita Harisankar
Involved with Kusters Engineering since the start in the role of HR and Operations Director. Strong in process issues and process efficiency and strongly focused on securing the successful IMU people-based culture. Lives in Mumbai and passionate about travelling.
